As in all the former Portuguese colonies I’ve visited around the world, Goa has an incredibly unique fusion of delicious Indian flavours mixed with techniques and ingredients that the Portuguese shared from both Portugal and from the other countries they encountered around the world. In this event we share some of my favourite dishes from my multiple visits to Goa, learning to cook for months with locals!
